Welcome to Winhills Wraparound Care

Winhills Primary Academy welcomes children aged 2 years to 11 years who require wraparound care during term time and the holidays. We are open Monday-Friday, 7.30am-6.00pm (excluding Bank holidays).

Breakfast Club

We open at 7.30am where the children are provided with a healthy breakfast, for example: range of cereals to choose from, toasts, fruit and cereal bars, along with milk, juice and water.

Your child will have the opportunity to play on the computers or I-Pads,  use a wide selection of toys and arts and crafts materials which are always available.

Your child will be taken to their class at 8.45am or 9.00am.

After School Club

Club starts at 3.00pm-3.15pm. Your child will be accompanied by a member of staff.

You can collect you child any time between 3.15pm - 6.00pm. Please ensure you inform the office when booking as to whether your child/ren require tea.
A healthy snack or tea will be provided each afternoon for all the children to enjoy. We encourage the children to support with the organising of tea time by helping to prepare the food, lay the table and serve one another.

There are lots of exciting activities on offer, from the computers, books, game, construction to art and craft activities. When the weather is nice, we also like to go outside and play games.

Holiday Club

We offer holiday club through Roundhouse Primary Academy who are based on the Loves Farm estate.

A warm welcome awaits your child/ren during these out of term time hours.

They plan a wide range of activities including playing football on the field, hockey, or snooker. The children have access to the computers, I-Pads and the Playstation. They organise lots of art and crafts and encourage the children to develop their social skills.

They are open 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, and you can book in any time during those hours.
The minimum time we allocate is an hour.

Prices per session:
£3.75 per hour 3yrs +
£4.00 per hour 2yr olds

All children must be booked in prior to attending.
