Diamond Diners
Introducing Diamond Diners
We understand how important the quality of school meals is to both you and your children, and we share your desire for an improved dining experience. Unfortunately, we have not been satisfied with the service provided by our current catering supplier. As a result, we are taking an exciting step toward enhancing our school meal provision.
From the start of the summer term, we will take full control of our catering services under a new initiative called Diamond Diners. This change will allow us to design our own menus, offering a wider variety of high-quality, home-cooked meals that we believe will better meet the needs of our pupils.
After carefully considering your feedback, we are pleased to introduce an expanded menu with more choices. Each day, children will have the option of a hot meal, jacket potato, or pasta, alongside fresh bread and a salad bar. For dessert, they can select from jelly, yogurt, fresh fruit, or a hot pudding - ensuring something delicious for everyone.
We are confident that these improvements will significantly enhance the dining experience for all our pupils, and we are excited to share more details with you in the coming weeks. As part of this transition, catering staff will be joining our school teams, and we are thrilled to welcome them into the Diamond Learning Trust family. Their expertise and dedication will be invaluable in making this initiative a success.
We remain committed to continually improving our service and would love to hear your thoughts. To make it easier for you to share feedback or suggestions, we’ve set up a dedicated email address: diners@diamondlearningtrust.com.
Please note that in order to offer greater choice and improve meal quality, there may be a slight increase in prices. Any changes will be communicated well in advance, and we will continue to prioritise good value for families.
Thank you for your ongoing support. We look forward to working together to provide delicious, nutritious meals that our students will enjoy.
