Welcome back! I hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas. The children have come back to School amazingly! 

We have started a  new text in English called 'Wolf Brother' which the children are really enjoying! They are desperate to know more! The children have been using fantastic language to describe the setting and will continue to look at language and use a variety of sentences whilst they write their character description. 

In Maths, we have finished our division topic and have started our fraction unit. The children have worked really hard to learn how to multiply fractions and integers, find fractions of amounts and find the whole. 

In Science, we have started learning about Earth and Space. The children learnt about the heliocentric model, the static model and the geocentric model. 

In History, we have started learning about the Tudors. The children have written some fantastic non-chronological reports of Henry VIII six wives.
