Coleman Class 2024 - 2025

Bessie Coleman was a pioneering aviator, becoming the first African American woman to earn a pilot's license in 1921. Despite facing racism, she pursued her dreams by studying in France. Known as "Brave Bessie," she performed daring air shows, inspiring many. Her courage and determination broke barriers, proving that anyone can achieve their dreams with hard work and persistence. Bessie Coleman's legacy continues to inspire future generations.
